What To Bring Overseas

Good Walking Shoes
Camera charger
A photocopy of the first page of your passport, carried separately from your passport
Important addresses and contact information
Plastic zip-lock baggies
Sturdy, portable backpack
Imodium
Toilet paper (like those little portable tissue packets)
Photocopies of prescriptions for medications and eyeglasses you can't do without
Hand sanitizer (small enough to get through security -- check current allowances)
