Dr. Hu earned her Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology and Technology from Brigham Young
University. Her research interests encompass computer-assisted L2 Chinese learning, Chinese
language pedagogy, bilingual education, and applied linguistics. Prior to joining the Flagship
Program with BYU, she worked as a Graduate Instructor and Teaching Assistant at BYU, teaching
a wide range of Chinese courses at all levels. She is dedicated to fostering an enriching learning environment, combining engaging curriculum, innovative strategies, and educational technology
to guide students toward academic success and lifelong journey.
