On January 19, 2012, the Chinese Flagship Center celebrated the Chinese New Year by hosting an open house in the Wilkinson Center. Delicious Chinese food and a lion dance were the highlights of the event. The Flagship staff provided information about the program to perspective applicants. Activities at the open house celebration included a ring toss game that is much like street games that are played in China, fan painting, and a photo booth with the Wall Of China as the backdrop.
